Olivier ROUBIN : Founder of monpanierbleu®. Over 17 years of professional experience as a lawyer and legal officer in new technologies and digital, including within the global group Accenture. Specialized in recent years in the field of "digital", including including e-commerce platforms, with in addition to its legal expertise technical and commercial skills, as well as innovation design. His father was boss-butcher at Cannet-Rocheville (butcher shop Le Chambertin) and Cannes (Jaurès butcher shop) until the end of the 80's. My boyfriend is bound to his "creator", but it is also the project of the entire team, and that of each craftsman and merchant partner, with the aim of restoring the Azureen trade mark. David CARABALLO : our delivery guy in charge of the "Nice area" (collection and delivery of products). He is responsible for developing the logistic activity of the monpanierbleu.com platform between Cagnes s / mer and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, in support of the growth of the platform and the successive deployments of new cities. Florent LEHEIGET : our Digital Marketing manager, he is in charge of promoting the monpanierbleu (r) brand and the platform monpanierbleu.com, in order to develop the number of our customers, to improve our offer of services and the customer experience, in order to facilitate always more their daily life, in connection with the artisans and food retailers partners. He also accompanies our food merchants partners to improve their digital communication, in particular by the creation of visual, advertising campaigns ... Manon NICOUD : our dynamic and talented Communication Manager, she is in charge of promoting the monpanierbleu.com platform and our monpanierbleu events services, and creating relationships and partnerships.
