The history of our pastry shop is first and foremost that of a pastry enthusiast: Philippe Brito, whose experience has been built over the years in famous establishments.
From his beginnings at the Olcina pastry shop in Cannes, forging his professionalism in hotels like the former Noga Hilton in Cannes and the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel in Monaco, Philippe Brito has not stopped evolving his style that he summarizes in this sentence: "The richness of simplicity".
Our shop is also the story of Melissa, with a different professional career but not incompatible! Formerly coordinator and organizer of events for international groups as well as weddings, Melissa proves to be good advice.
The meeting between Philippe and Melissa is therefore the starting point of the chocolate confectionery Philippe BRITO.
Created in March 2011 in Cannes in the California district, the store is sober and refined so that only the product is highlighted.
