Le plateau de charcuterie a été livré verticalement, d’où une présentation à refaire totalement. Les chips à la truffe n’ont trouvé aucun amateur ! Autant rester simple je pense. Les charcuteries étaient très bonnes, moins bien les fromages. L’idée est intelligente mais nécessiterait juste un peu de précaution et simplicité. Bonne soirée tout de même autour de ce plateau.
