The son of a pastry chef, Xenophon Kitsas grew up in Greece, in an environment that is conducive to tasty pleasures while learning the trade with his father. He then consolidated his professional experience with renowned pastry chefs in France, Greece, Italy and England. It was in 2002 that Xenophon took over the pastry of his parents, "My Love", in Greece.
His love for France and his desire to learn new techniques led him to Nice, where he met his wife, Sara. Passionate about chocolate, they turned to the chocolate factory.
They decided together to open their own chocolate factory, called "Choco Mon Amour", to flourish together in the basin of Nice.
Located on the hills of Bellet, they opted for the work in workshop, to guarantee to their customers a chocolate and ingredients of superior quality.
